Real Estate Image Editing Disclaimer
Real estate photo editing can change the appearance of a property image. Services such as virtual staging, virtual renovation, object removal, sky replacement, grass replacement, day-to-dusk editing, enhancement, and similar edits may alter how a property appears to viewers.
You are responsible for deciding whether an edited image is appropriate for your listing, client, brokerage, MLS, advertising channel, or local rules. You are also responsible for any disclosure required when using edited, virtually staged, renovated, or altered property images.
No Guarantee of Results
Portfolio images, before-and-after examples, service descriptions, turnaround estimates, and sample edits are shown for general demonstration. They do not guarantee the same result for every image or project. Final quality and timing can depend on file quality, instructions, image volume, complexity, communication delays, and other project conditions.
PixelShouters does not guarantee that edited images will increase sales, improve listing performance, satisfy every platform or MLS rule, or meet the expectations of every buyer, seller, agent, photographer, or viewer.
Portfolio and Showcase Rights
Unless you tell us in writing that a project is confidential, PixelShouters may use edited images, before-and-after examples, cropped details, or project samples for portfolio, website, social media, training, sales, and promotional display purposes.
If you need confidentiality, tell us before sending files or before approving the project. If you want a displayed example removed, email us at info@pixelshouters.com and we will review the request in good faith.
Third-Party Links and Tools
